1. Valve products are identified and painted according to the valve body material, and the colors are as follows:
C. Use medium blue for chromium-molybdenum steel;
D. Low-temperature steels such as LCB and LCC are silver gray;
Note: (1) Acid-resistant steel and stainless steel are not allowed to be painted; (2) Copper alloy is not allowed to be painted;

2. In order to indicate the material of the sealing surface of the valve product, the handwheel, handle and wrench of the transmission should be identified and painted. The color should be as follows. The sealing surface material:
B. Use light yellow for tin-based bearing alloy;
C. Sky blue for heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, nitrided steel, boronized steel, and cemented carbide;
Note: (1) When the materials of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the opening and closing parts are different, they should be colored according to the low hardness material.
(2) Check valves are painted on the top of the valve cover: safety valves, pressure reducing valves, and steam traps are painted on the valve cover or bonnet.

3. The painting color of the transmission mechanism shall be as follows:
(1) Electric device: The ordinary type is painted in medium gray, and the three-in-one (outdoor, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion) type is painted in blue.
(2) Pneumatic, hydraulic, gear transmission and other transmission mechanisms should be painted with the same product.
