1. Feed valve: Feed valve is a valve used to cut off and connect materials from the transportation point to the transportation container in power transportation. Properly determining the caliber of the feed valve improves the flow rate of materials and the transport capacity of the entire crusher.

2. Exhaust valve: The exhaust valve is a valve that discharges the air in the finely crushed material to the abstract flue of the feed bin when the force is used to transport the finely crushed feed material, so as to facilitate smooth material discharging and shorten the feeding time. Its main transport medium is air with a large amount of powdery materials. Commonly used exhaust valves include gate valves, butterfly valves, pinch valves, ball valves and dome valves.

3. Intake valves: Commonly used intake valves include butterfly valves, ball valves, angle seat valves, etc. The transport medium of the air intake valve is compressed air, so the requirements for corrosion resistance are not high.

4. Discharge valve: When the conveying equipment is full of materials, open the air inlet valve and the discharging valve to allow the materials to be transported in the conveying pipeline driven by compressed air. Therefore, the medium of the discharge valve is powdery material mixed with compressed air. Valves used as discharge valves generally include gate valves, ball valves, dome valves, etc.

5. Valve for branching: The branching valve image plays the role of dividing and converging flows, connecting materials from multiple points to one point. The image combines materials from one point to multiple points. As branch valves, there are ball valves, butterfly valves or combination valves, etc., and each manufacturer has its own branch valve. The shunt valve can be used for both pipeline installation and warehouse roof installation.
